The summer exhibition “NOPE – does size matter?” approaches this question with quiet irony and great curiosity. Ten artists present works no larger than 50 × 40 cm – painting, photography, works on paper, sculpture, and object art that show artistic intensity is not a matter of size.
During the exhibition, the gallery nüüd.berlin transforms into a small summer art fair. Each artist gets their own wall. Ten independent positions enter into dialogue with one another, inviting visitors to wander from work to work, to compare, to discover, and to engage with a wide range of visual languages.
